Broadcasting

The primary responsibility of a lighting designer is to give clients the look that they want and do so within the budget parameters. Subsequent to this primary responsibility are many other aspects of broadcast, theater, and special event production. Aspects like structural capabilities, electrical availability, security, transportation, labor, equipment availability, aesthetics, interpersonal and communication skills all play a vital role in a successful production.

On Your Mark Lighting Design and Equipment owner Mark R. Peach started his lighting career in 1981. During this time, Mark worked 5 years with Baltimore Stage Lighting; 10 years on various feature films; 5 years with the World Wrestling Federation; 14 years with network broadcasting companies; two years as an international lighting trainer and lecturer; and a world tour with Michael Jackson. After 30 years in the lighting industry, he decided it was time to start his own company.

On Your Mark Lighting Design and Equipment was started in 2008 and has expanded every year. OYM has added knowledgeable employees and equipment to be able to better serve the broadcasting needs in our area.
This vast portfolio of experience and knowledge is what On Your Mark Lighting Design and Equipment has to offer each of its clients. No design or rental is too small or too challenging. With On Your Mark you will receive professional designs with dependable equipment in a timely and affordable fashion.
